How vial and box amounts add up
Webb Peptides ·
The short answer
Multiply the fill of one vial by the number of vials in the box. A box of BPC-157 10 mg holds 10 vials × 10 mg = 100 mg. The amount in a product name always describes a single vial, never the box.
The rule behind every listing
Webb sells every listing by the box. Under each product name you will find a presentation line such as “Box of 10 vials · 10 mg each”. The first figure is how many vials are packed in one box; the second is the fill of each vial. The price printed beside it is the price of one box, and the quantity you enter in the cart is a number of boxes.
Every one of the 180 listings in the catalog today is packed 10 vials to a box, so a box total is always 10 times the vial fill.
Box total = fill per vial × vials per box
The same multiplication carries through an order. Three boxes of a 10 mg listing packed ten to a box are 30 vials and 300 mg in all. Nothing in the arithmetic depends on the compound; it depends only on the two figures in the presentation line, and the unit that goes with them.
Worked examples from the catalog
One compound in three fills
BPC-157 is stocked in three vial fills. Because each box holds the same number of vials, the box totals move in step with the fill: 20 mg, 50 mg and 100 mg per box.
| Listing | Fill per vial | Vials | Box total |
|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 2 mg | 2 mg | 10 | 20 mg |
| BPC-157 5 mg | 5 mg | 10 | 50 mg |
| BPC-157 10 mg | 10 mg | 10 | 100 mg |
A larger fill does not add vials to the box; it changes what is in each one. If you are working towards a particular total, choose the fill that produces it rather than expecting a different vial count.
Fills measured in hundreds of milligrams
Some research compounds are listed with large fills. The arithmetic is identical, and Webb prints a gram figure next to any total of 1,000 mg or more so the scale is easy to read at a glance.
| Listing | Fill per vial | Vials | Box total |
|---|---|---|---|
| NAD+ 100 mg | 100 mg | 10 | 1,000 mg (1 g) |
| NAD+ 500 mg | 500 mg | 10 | 5,000 mg (5 g) |
| NAD+ 1000 mg | 1,000 mg | 10 | 10,000 mg (10 g) |
| Glutathione 600 mg | 600 mg | 10 | 6,000 mg (6 g) |
| Glutathione 1500 mg | 1,500 mg | 10 | 15,000 mg (15 g) |
A box of NAD+ 1000 mg therefore holds 10,000 mg (10 g): 10 vials of 1,000 mg each.
Fills below one milligram
Fills under a milligram are written with a decimal point. 0.1 mg is the same quantity as 100 mcg (micrograms), so ten vials of IGF-1 LR3 0.1 mg make 1 mg per box. In IGF-1 LR3 1 mg the fill is ten times larger and the box holds 10 mg.
| Listing | Fill per vial | Vials | Box total |
|---|---|---|---|
| IGF-1 LR3 0.1 mg | 0.1 mg | 10 | 1 mg |
| IGF-1 LR3 1 mg | 1 mg | 10 | 10 mg |
Blend vials
In a multi-component blend the fill per vial is the combined amount. BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg Blend is listed at 20 mg per vial, which is its 10 mg of BPC-157 and 10 mg of TB-500 together. A box of 10 such vials holds 200 mg, of which 100 mg is BPC-157 and 100 mg is TB-500.
The note on reading multi-component blend names covers the title formats in detail.
Listings measured in IU or mL
A few listings state their fill in International Units (IU) rather than milligrams. The multiplication does not change and the unit carries through: HGH 191AA (Somatropin) 10 IU gives 100 IU per box, and HCG 5000 IU gives 50,000 IU. IU is not a unit of mass, and the listings give no conversion to milligrams, so an IU total cannot be set against a milligram total.
| Listing | Fill per vial | Vials | Box total |
|---|---|---|---|
| HGH 191AA (Somatropin) 10 IU | 10 IU | 10 | 100 IU |
| EPO 3000 IU | 3,000 IU | 10 | 30,000 IU |
| HCG 5000 IU | 5,000 IU | 10 | 50,000 IU |
| HCG 10000 IU | 10,000 IU | 10 | 100,000 IU |
Liquid listings are sold by volume. A 10 mL vial packed ten to a box is 100 mL per box, as with Lemon Bottle 10 mL. The volume tells you how much liquid the box contains, not how much of any substance it carries by mass. In a name such as L-Carnitine 600 10 mL, the 10 mL is the vial volume; the listing does not define the other number, and Webb does not convert it.
| Listing | Fill per vial | Vials | Box total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lemon Bottle 10 mL | 10 mL | 10 | 100 mL |
| LC120 10 mL | 10 mL | 10 | 100 mL |
| L-Carnitine 600 10 mL | 10 mL | 10 | 100 mL |
Checking a listing yourself
- Read the fill and its unit (mg, IU or mL) from the presentation line.
- Read the number of vials per box from the same line.
- Multiply the two for the box total, keeping the unit.
- Multiply by the number of boxes in your cart for the order total.
Every product page repeats the result as the first entry in its questions section, so you can check your figure against the one Webb prints. To turn a box total into a cost per milligram, continue with the note on price per milligram.
